The servers and operations of the Service are located in the United States, and Members' personal information is stored and processed within the United States. Because the operator of the Service is registered as a business in the Republic of Korea, the processing set out below constitutes a cross-border transfer of personal information under the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea. The Service ensures by contract that the recipients maintain a level of personal information protection equivalent to that required under that Act.
Timing and method of transfer: Information is transmitted over the internet at the time of membership registration and during use of the Service.

How to refuse cross-border transfer: Members may refuse the cross-border transfer of their personal information by sending a request to admin@daltok.com. However, because the transfers described above are essential to providing the Service, refusing them may limit or prevent membership registration and use of the Service.
